C. Kim Stokes, DMSc, PA-C
Dr. Stokes is a native of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Appalachia and a proud Pirate PA. She has served in the faculty since 2012 in multiple roles from didactic faculty to clinical year faculty. In the didactic curriculum, she continues to teach Role of the PA for didactic students, giving students a foundational understanding of professional practice including leadership skills, interprofessional education and collaborative practice, an understanding of health disparities, and licensure. In the clinical year, she oversees the curriculum, summative assessment, and ensures students are ready to graduate. When she’s not teaching, she enjoys time with her spouse and daughters.
