Jessica Veale, M.H.S, PA-C
Clinical Assistant Professor
Mrs. Veale joined the faculty in May 2024 and is dedicated to creating an engaging learning environment where students can thrive. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, she serves on the PA program’s admissions committee. Before transitioning to academia, she practiced full-time at ECU Physicians’ Pediatric Hematology and Oncology clinic for three and a half years and continues to practice clinically one day a week.
Committed to advancing the PA profession, Mrs. Veale is actively involved in the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants, where she has served on numerous task forces, committees, and the Board of Directors.
Before becoming a PA, she worked as a certified medical technologist specializing in hematology and flow cytometry, which fostered her deep appreciation for diagnostic medicine.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and tackling escape rooms.
